Voters gave MSD approval to take issue bonds in 2004 and 2008.
Remember, these bonds mean we will pay 1.9 BILLION for $945 million in improvements (and whatever else).

Seems like there is a huge campaign to vote yes on this thing, which makes me research more why I should vote no. If the media and local city councils, and mayor are all pushing to vote yes, my inner BS meter rises. So I found this interesting comment to the editor of St Louis Biz Journal on Prop Y when it was on the ballot back in 2004. http://www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2004/02/02/editorial4.html
Sounds like these guys are just being wasteful with no consequences. And they use FEAR to get people to vote yes. Vote yes or your rates will increase substansially. What a crock.
Unfortunately, Im not seeing the same enthusiasm of why voters should vote no, and most people go along with what the mainstream media tells them to do. Its very discouraging.
